Im Beitrag wird der Versuch unternommen, die Konzepte GHETTO und NS-GHETTO, wie sie durch lexikographische Quellen und durch deutsche Massenmedien (am Beispiel der Wochenzeitung ‚Die Zeit‘) vermittelt werden, mit Hilfe von konzeptanalytischen, diskursanalytischen sowie korpuslinguistischen Methoden zu rekonstruieren. Im Ergebnis dieser Rekonstruktion erscheint NS-GHETTO als Teil des übergeordneten Konzeptes GHETTO einerseits, und des Konzeptes HOLOCAUST andererseits. Im Rahmen des letzteren kommen insbesondere die Frame-Slots ‚Ort – Zeit – Täter – Opfer – Kämpfer gegen das Verbrechen‘ zur Geltung.

This article attempts to reconstruct the concepts GHETTO and NS-GHETTO as they are conveyed by lexicographical sources and German mass media (based on the material of ‚Die Zeit‘ weekly newspaper) by means of concept-analytical, discourse-analytical and corpus-linguistic methods. As a result of this reconstruction, NS-GHETTO appears as part of the superordinate concept GHETTO, on the one hand, and of the concept HOLOCAUST, on the other. Within the framework of the latter, the frame slots ‘place – time – perpetrator – victim – fighter against crime’ manifest themselves, in particular.
